Pr\u00e9senter aux Chambres f\u00e9d\u00e9rales, dans un d\u00e9lai d'un an, un rapport sur les ordonnances qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 simplifi\u00e9es afin de r\u00e9duire les frais administratifs des PME existantes ou \u00e0 cr\u00e9er, et sur la mani\u00e8re dont il entend proc\u00e9der pour \u00e9dicter de nouvelles ordonnances en faisant peser la charge la moins lourde possible sur ces entreprises.</p>","ReasonText":"<p>Dans ses objectifs pour la l\u00e9gislature, le Conseil f\u00e9d\u00e9ral mise sur la cr\u00e9ation de conditions plus favorables pour les PME. L'observation d'autres \u00e9conomies nationales nous enseigne en effet que ce sont surtout les PME qui permettent de cr\u00e9er des emplois. Or, il faut agir sur l'heure si l'on veut am\u00e9liorer rapidement et efficacement leur situation.
