Il fera en particulier une s\u00e9paration tr\u00e8s nette entre les prestations compl\u00e9mentaires et les prestations obligatoires de la LAMal et montrera si ces derni\u00e8res sont subventionn\u00e9es indirectement par les premi\u00e8res.</p><p>Il repensera enfin le r\u00f4le de l'allocation pour impotent dans la perspective de la LAMal.</p>","ReasonText":"<p>L'entr\u00e9e en vigueur de la LAMal en 1996 a cr\u00e9\u00e9 de nouvelles prestations qui n'ont pas \u00e9t\u00e9 ajust\u00e9es aux prestations fournies alors par les autres assurances sociales. Il en a r\u00e9sult\u00e9 des proc\u00e9dures pour les payeurs qui font double emploi. Il est aujourd'hui \u00e0 peu pr\u00e8s impossible d'y voir clair dans l'imbroglio des prestations vers\u00e9es par les assurances sociales\u00a0; en d'autres mots, la transparence fait totalement d\u00e9faut. D'o\u00f9 la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de proc\u00e9der \u00e0 des changements qui assureront la p\u00e9rennit\u00e9 du syst\u00e8me.</p><p>L'allocation pour impotent est issue de l'AI, et elle est li\u00e9e \u00e0 cette derni\u00e8re, mais aussi \u00e0 l'AVS en tant qu'assurance de rente.
