Il vise \u00e0 acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer le remplacement entre les ann\u00e9es 2003 et 2011 de quelque 500 \u00e0 1000 hectares de chasselas et M\u00fcller-Thurgau par des c\u00e9pages r\u00e9pondant \u00e0 la demande du march\u00e9.</p><p>La tenue du cadastre viticole \u00e9tant de la comp\u00e9tence des cantons tout comme l'application des limites de production, des diff\u00e9rences ne sont pas exclues d'un canton \u00e0 l'autre.
