Ces ressources et ces capacit\u00e9s suppl\u00e9mentaires profitent en effet \u00e0 tout le monde, hommes et femmes. Un des rares domaines dans lesquels les femmes sont encore et toujours fortement sous-repr\u00e9sent\u00e9es est celui de la direction d'entreprises. La Conf\u00e9d\u00e9ration a donc le devoir d'encourager la pr\u00e9sence de femmes dans les conseils d'administration, ne serait-ce que dans les soci\u00e9t\u00e9s dont elle est elle-m\u00eame actionnaire. Un quota appropri\u00e9, applicable au sexe sous-repr\u00e9sent\u00e9, offre un instrument efficace dans ce sens.
