Pour les petits actionnaires, il est souvent impossible d'y participer, par exemple parce que, salari\u00e9s, ils ne disposent pas de la souplesse horaire pour se lib\u00e9rer, ou parce que les co\u00fbts ou la dur\u00e9e du trajet sont excessifs.</p><p>En permettant de voter par Internet lors des assembl\u00e9es g\u00e9n\u00e9rales, il serait possible de renforcer substantiellement la d\u00e9mocratie actionnariale, car on r\u00e9duirait les co\u00fbts de l'exercice du droit de vote. Le D\u00e9partement f\u00e9d\u00e9ral de justice et police soumettra un avant-projet de r\u00e9glementation au Conseil f\u00e9d\u00e9ral avant la fin 2005 en vue de l'ouverture d'une proc\u00e9dure de consultation.
