Les r\u00e9sultats servent \u00e0 d\u00e9terminer les meilleurs moyens de r\u00e9duire les \u00e9missions.</p><p>Les mesures d'\u00e9missions doivent donner une image aussi fid\u00e8le que possible de la r\u00e9alit\u00e9.
