Elle est attrayante, novatrice, temporaire et respectueuse de l'environnement, puisqu'elle se pratique avec des ressources naturelles. Mais elle a aussi une composante d\u00e9mocratique et sociale. Dans le domaine de la publicit\u00e9 politique, notamment, elle rev\u00eat une grande importance pour les petits groupements aux moyens financiers restreints, qui ne peuvent s'offrir des affiches ou des annonces payantes. Les bases l\u00e9gales actuelles et, plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment, les interdictions de pratiquer ce genre de publicit\u00e9, sont devenues anachroniques. En outre, les pratiques divergentes des autorit\u00e9s comp\u00e9tentes favorisent l'ins\u00e9curit\u00e9 du droit.</p><p>Pour promouvoir la diversit\u00e9 d'opinion et la cr\u00e9ation de sources de revenu suppl\u00e9mentaires pour nos paysans, mais aussi pour renforcer de mani\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9rale la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 du droit dans ce domaine, il convient de ne plus soumettre \u00e0 autorisation la publicit\u00e9 paysag\u00e8re, \u00e0 condition qu'elle ne porte pas atteinte \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 routi\u00e8re et que le propri\u00e9taire foncier concern\u00e9 soit d'accord. </p><p>L'interdiction de la publicit\u00e9 paysag\u00e8re est par ailleurs inopportune du fait que les panneaux routiers \u00e0 caract\u00e8re p\u00e9dagogique, pr\u00e9ventif ou incitatif sont autoris\u00e9s.
