La part des papiers-valeurs et autres placements en Bourse s'\u00e9levait \u00e0 7 639 572 266 francs, soit 65,4\u00a0% de la totalit\u00e9 des placements.</p><p>On cr\u00e9era les bases l\u00e9gales n\u00e9cessaires pour que les assureurs-maladie qui effectuent des placements en Bourse soient soumis en plus \u00e0 la surveillance de la FINMA.</p>","ReasonText":"<p>Les assureurs-maladie disposent de fonds consid\u00e9rables dont ils doivent tirer un rendement. Une part importante de ces fonds est plac\u00e9e en Bourse sous la forme de papiers-valeurs ou sous une autre forme. De par l'ampleur de leurs placements, les assureurs-maladie jouent donc un r\u00f4le non n\u00e9gligeable sur les march\u00e9s financiers. </p><p>N\u00e9e de la fusion de la Commission f\u00e9d\u00e9rale des banques, de l'Autorit\u00e9 de contr\u00f4le en mati\u00e8re de lutte contre le blanchiment d'argent et de l'Office f\u00e9d\u00e9ral des assurances priv\u00e9es, la FINMA est devenue op\u00e9rationnelle en 2009.
