Or cet objectif comprend \u00e9galement les paiements. En tant que corporation publique, la Conf\u00e9d\u00e9ration devrait montrer l'exemple en la mati\u00e8re et lancer le mouvement \u00e0 l'instar d'autres \u00c9tats comme le Danemark, les Pays-Bas ou l'Espagne. Ceci s'impose d'autant plus que les \u00e9conomies susceptibles d'\u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9es par l'\u00c9tat, par le passage \u00e0 la forme \u00e9lectronique des facturations entre lui et ses fournisseurs, sont estim\u00e9es au minimum \u00e0 plusieurs dizaines de millions de francs.</p>","DocumentationText":null,"MotionText":null,"FederalCouncilResponseText":"<p>Se fondant sur la strat\u00e9gie suisse de cyberadministration qu'il a adopt\u00e9e en 2007, le Conseil f\u00e9d\u00e9ral partage l'avis de l'auteur de la motion selon lequel l'\u00e9conomie doit pouvoir r\u00e9gler m\u00eame ses affaires importantes avec les autorit\u00e9s par voie \u00e9lectronique.</p><p>Le Conseil f\u00e9d\u00e9ral est dispos\u00e9 \u00e0 prendre les mesures requises pour qu'\u00e0 partir de 2012, le traitement des factures puisse se faire par voie \u00e9lectronique au sein de l'administration f\u00e9d\u00e9rale.
