Aucune exception n'\u00e9tant pr\u00e9vue pour les falsifications de vignettes autorouti\u00e8res, le Minist\u00e8re public de la Conf\u00e9d\u00e9ration est comp\u00e9tent pour poursuivre ces infractions. Chaque ann\u00e9e, il doit traiter environ 900 affaires de ce genre.</p><p>La fonction essentielle du Minist\u00e8re public de la Conf\u00e9d\u00e9ration consiste \u00e0 traiter des affaires d'une certaine importance et qui pr\u00e9sentent des difficult\u00e9s particuli\u00e8res, par exemple par leur caract\u00e8re international ou l'ampleur des investigations n\u00e9cessaires.</p><p>C'est dans ce sens que son organisation a \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7ue. Continuer \u00e0 lui confier les cas de vignettes autorouti\u00e8res reviendrait \u00e0 mal utiliser ses ressources. La comp\u00e9tence doit donc \u00eatre transf\u00e9r\u00e9e aux cantons. Le fait que le Minist\u00e8re public de la Conf\u00e9d\u00e9ration puisse d\u00e9j\u00e0 d\u00e9l\u00e9guer l'instruction et le jugement de ces affaires aux autorit\u00e9s cantonales (art. 25 al. 1 CPP) n'y change rien\u00a0: l'examen des dossiers et la r\u00e9daction de d\u00e9cisions de d\u00e9l\u00e9gation par le Minist\u00e8re public de la Conf\u00e9d\u00e9ration constitue d\u00e9j\u00e0 un gaspillage de ressources.</p><p>Le traitement de ces cas ne poserait aucun probl\u00e8me aux juridictions cantonales, habitu\u00e9es \u00e0 traiter rapidement et efficacement les contentieux de masse et r\u00e9p\u00e9titifs.
