Cela signifie notamment que l'acquisition et la gestion des \u00e9quipements informatiques de l'Office de gestion des fonds de compensation AVS/AI/APG \u00e9chappent \u00e0 la l\u00e9gislation sur les march\u00e9s publics.</p><p>La l\u00e9gislation sur les march\u00e9s publics vise notamment \u00e0 favoriser l'utilisation \u00e9conomique des fonds publics et \u00e0 garantir l'\u00e9galit\u00e9 de traitement entre les prestataires externes.</p><p>Les fonds de compensation AVS/AI/APG sont responsables de la gestion centralis\u00e9e des liquidit\u00e9s et de la fortune de ces trois assurances. La fortune totale de ces fonds est de quelque 32,2 milliards (\u00e9tat au 31 mars 2014). Il importe que ces fonds publics, qui sont au coeur du syst\u00e8me social de notre pays, soient g\u00e9r\u00e9s de fa\u00e7on \u00e9conomique et efficace.
