Le syst\u00e8me de contr\u00f4le doit \u00e0 l'avenir faire la distinction entre les points de contr\u00f4le critiques et ceux qui le sont moins et entre les exploitations \u00e0 risque et celles qui pr\u00e9sentent moins de risques. Cela doit permettre d'effectuer des contr\u00f4les davantage bas\u00e9s sur les risques que ce n'est le cas aujourd'hui et de diminuer ainsi la charge administrative. La suppression d'un point de contr\u00f4le est indiqu\u00e9e lorsque la disposition de l'ordonnance sur laquelle il est fond\u00e9 peut aussi \u00eatre supprim\u00e9e. Le Conseil f\u00e9d\u00e9ral est dispos\u00e9 \u00e0 faire \u00e9voluer le syst\u00e8me de contr\u00f4le dans cette direction.
