En cas d'infraction, le statut de s\u00e9jour est r\u00e9voqu\u00e9 et le contrevenant expuls\u00e9.</p>","ReasonText":"<p>D'apr\u00e8s la statistique en mati\u00e8re d'asile, un grand nombre de requ\u00e9rants sont originaires d'\u00c9rythr\u00e9e. Ils affirment qu'ils sont en butte \u00e0 des pers\u00e9cutions politiques et que leur vie et leur int\u00e9grit\u00e9 corporelle sont menac\u00e9es. Il n'est pas rare toutefois de constater que ces personnes se rendent dans leur pays d'origine, malgr\u00e9 ce pr\u00e9tendu danger.</p><p>Entre 2010 et 2014, 46 213 demandes de voyage \u00e0 l'\u00e9tranger ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9pos\u00e9es \u00e0 l'\u00e9chelle suisse par des requ\u00e9rants d'asile, des personnes admises \u00e0 titre provisoire et des r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s reconnus, dont 45 080 (97,5\u00a0%) ont \u00e9t\u00e9 accept\u00e9es. Quelque 15 000 de ces demandes \u00e9manaient d'\u00c9rythr\u00e9ens. Manifestement, leur vie et leur int\u00e9grit\u00e9 corporelle ne sont pas menac\u00e9es dans leur patrie.</p><p>La pr\u00e9sente initiative parlementaire vise \u00e0 interdire les voyages \u00e0 l'\u00e9tranger. Quiconque arrive en Suisse comme requ\u00e9rant d'asile, personne admise \u00e0 titre provisoire ou r\u00e9fugi\u00e9 reconnu afin d'y chercher protection doit rester dans le pays, pour sa propre sauvegarde. La personne qui quitte n\u00e9anmoins la Suisse ou entend la quitter n'a donc pas besoin de protection.
