M\u00e4rz 2017 will der Bundesrat bei Fehlgeburten einen Eintrag in das Personenstandsregister erm\u00f6glichen. Diese M\u00f6glichkeit soll im Rahmen bereits laufender Projekte geschaffen werden.</p><p>1. Um welche laufenden Projekte handelt es sich hierbei?</p><p>2. Im Bericht des Bundesrates steht, die Umsetzung k\u00f6nne relativ rasch erfolgen. Im Personenstandsregister erfolgen gegenw\u00e4rtig gewisse technische Anpassungen bez\u00fcglich der neuen Vorgaben zur Stiefkindadoption (14.094) und zur Publikation von Erwachsenenschutzmassnahmen (11.449). In diesem Rahmen soll auch die geplante M\u00f6glichkeit der Eintragung von Fehlgeborenen realisiert werden.</p><p>2. Nach heutiger Planung ist mit einer Umsetzung im Personenstandsregister und auf Stufe der Zivilstandsverordnung per 1. Januar 2019 zu rechnen. \u00c4nderungen der Zivilstandsverordnung unterliegen dem ordentlichen Vernehmlassungsverfahren.
