Elle d\u00e9veloppe toujours plus de portails (aussi Internet) propres \u00e0 un office ou \u00e0 un d\u00e9partement. Les exploitants et les utilisateurs doivent jongler avec toujours plus de portails, ce qui mobilise d'importantes ressources. Le d\u00e9veloppement et l'exploitation de ces portails co\u00fbtent cher, mais ils ne contribuent au final que peu \u00e0 automatiser les processus. Les r\u00e9seaux mis en place \u00e0 l'int\u00e9rieur de l'administration au moyen de portails ne suffisent pas. C'est pourquoi la strat\u00e9gie doit \u00e0 pr\u00e9sent \u00eatre orient\u00e9e sur les interfaces \u00e9lectroniques.</p><p>Les interfaces \u00e9lectroniques permettent aux autorit\u00e9s d'\u00e9changer des donn\u00e9es directement (de mani\u00e8re automatis\u00e9e) \u00e0 l'interne et avec les entreprises et les particuliers, par exemple au moyen de syst\u00e8me ERP. Ces interfaces permettent de faire appara\u00eetre des \u00e9cosyst\u00e8mes dynamiques et d'exploiter efficacement ce que l'informatique a \u00e0 offrir. Cette solution est bien plus s\u00fbre et avantageuse que le d\u00e9tour par des portails sp\u00e9cifiques. La mise en place \u00e0 grande \u00e9chelle de ces interfaces favoriserait celle d'une grande plateforme unique commune \u00e0 toutes les autorit\u00e9s, par exemple easygov.swiss.
