Le SECO, en accord avec le D\u00e9partement f\u00e9d\u00e9ral des affaires \u00e9trang\u00e8res, accepte ou rejette la demande apr\u00e8s analyse des risques sp\u00e9cifiques, qui sont notamment fonction de la nature du mat\u00e9riel de guerre et du destinataire final. L'exportation \u00e0 destination de la Tha\u00eflande concerne la livraison d'appareils de conduite de tir et de munitions pour des syst\u00e8mes de d\u00e9fense antia\u00e9rienne. Elle est li\u00e9e \u00e0 une autorisation accord\u00e9e en 2015. Les syst\u00e8mes de d\u00e9fense antia\u00e9rienne ne sont pas de nature \u00e0 favoriser des violations des droits de l'homme ou le recours aux enfants soldats.
