Mais dans ce cas pr\u00e9cis, par deux fois en l'espace d'une ann\u00e9e et contre la proposition du Conseil f\u00e9d\u00e9ral, le Conseil des \u00c9tats a rejet\u00e9 deux motions visant \u00e0 une augmentation des valeurs limites de l'ordonnance sur la protection contre le rayonnement non ionisant. Le Conseil f\u00e9d\u00e9ral respecte la volont\u00e9 du Parlement. Il est conscient que la d\u00e9cision de ne pas augmenter les valeurs limites pr\u00e9ventives des \u00e9missions rendra le d\u00e9ploiement de la 5G plus difficile en Suisse.</p><p>Il est toutefois envisageable d'adapter les m\u00e9thodes de mesures et de calcul pour les limites pr\u00e9ventives des \u00e9missions. Cela permettrait une augmentation mod\u00e9r\u00e9e de la capacit\u00e9 des sites existants, et cela sans modifier l'ordonnance pr\u00e9cit\u00e9e et en maintenant inchang\u00e9es les valeurs limites d'immissions.
