Les \"standards internationaux\" supplantent de plus en plus le droit positif adopt\u00e9 par l'Assembl\u00e9e f\u00e9d\u00e9rale et par le peuple suisse. En supprimant les actions au porteur, la Suisse a repris une fois de plus les r\u00e8gles de droit souple (\"soft law\") cr\u00e9\u00e9es par des organisations internationales.</p><p>Il n'y aurait rien \u00e0 y redire si toutes les \u00e9conomies concern\u00e9es se sentaient tenues d'adopter les m\u00eames standards, ce qui est loin d'\u00eatre le cas. Certains \u00c9tats ont encore beaucoup de chemin \u00e0 faire, \u00e0 commencer par ceux qui se plaignent le plus des m\u00e9thodes d\u00e9loyales utilis\u00e9es par des tiers. L'abandon des actions au porteur constitue par exemple un d\u00e9savantage concurrentiel consid\u00e9rable par rapport \u00e0 ces \u00c9tats.
