Dans l'affirmative, \u00e0 quelle \u00e9ch\u00e9ance\u00a0?</p><p>3. Selon le Conseil f\u00e9d\u00e9ral, l'autocollant \"CH\" remplit sa fonction\u00a0: il est peu co\u00fbteux et facile \u00e0 utiliser. Par ailleurs, le signe distinctif du pays ne doit \u00eatre appos\u00e9 que pour les d\u00e9placements \u00e0 l'\u00e9tranger. Cependant, dans le domaine des plaques de contr\u00f4le, la Suisse est confront\u00e9e \u00e0 un d\u00e9fi. En effet, dans les cantons fortement peupl\u00e9s, la quantit\u00e9 de num\u00e9ros que l'on peut former avec six chiffres sera \u00e9puis\u00e9e dans un avenir proche. Aussi sera-t-il indispensable, au plus tard \u00e0 ce moment-l\u00e0, de repenser la conception des plaques de contr\u00f4le. \u00c0 cette occasion, le Conseil f\u00e9d\u00e9ral examinera la possibilit\u00e9 - entre autres - de supprimer l'autocollant \"CH\" et d'int\u00e9grer plut\u00f4t le signe distinctif du pays \u00e0 la plaque de contr\u00f4le.</p><p>2.
