Les proc\u00e9dures de s\u00e9lection, dans le contexte de ces march\u00e9s ferm\u00e9s, doivent d\u00e8s lors \u00eatre r\u00e8glement\u00e9es.</p><p>Dans son rapport en r\u00e9ponse au postulat Caroni 15.3398 (\"Acc\u00e8s aux march\u00e9s ferm\u00e9s de la Conf\u00e9d\u00e9ration. Proc\u00e9dure \u00e9quitable\"), le Conseil f\u00e9d\u00e9ral explique qu'il existe des distinctions entre les diff\u00e9rentes proc\u00e9dures r\u00e9gl\u00e9es par le droit f\u00e9d\u00e9ral et que les crit\u00e8res \u00e0 remplir, comme la transparence, l'\u00e9galit\u00e9 de traitement, la concurrence et l'efficience, varient eux aussi.</p><p>Dans le m\u00eame rapport, le Conseil f\u00e9d\u00e9ral ajoute qu'il a donn\u00e9 pour mandat aux d\u00e9partements d'examiner les proc\u00e9dures d'acc\u00e8s aux march\u00e9s ferm\u00e9s d'ici fin 2020.</p><p>Le pr\u00e9sent postulat charge le Conseil f\u00e9d\u00e9ral de transmettre au Parlement les r\u00e9sultats de l'examen men\u00e9 par l'administration.
