Toutefois, le Tribunal f\u00e9d\u00e9ral n'a pas statu\u00e9 d\u00e9finitivement sur le fond de l'affaire et n'a donc pas oblig\u00e9 le Secr\u00e9tariat d'\u00c9tat \u00e0 l'\u00e9conomie (SECO) \u00e0 publier les informations demand\u00e9es.
