[...] \"</p>","ReasonText":"<p>Il faut en principe que les personnes astreintes au service obligatoire dans toutes les organisations nationales n'aient plus \u00e0 s'acquitter de la taxe d'exemption de l'obligation de servir d\u00e8s lors qu'elles ont rempli int\u00e9gralement leurs obligations.</p><p>Dans la loi f\u00e9d\u00e9rale sur la protection de la population et sur la protection civile r\u00e9vis\u00e9e, qui entrera en vigueur le 1er janvier 2021, le syst\u00e8me d'obligation de servir dans la protection civile est modifi\u00e9. Le service obligatoire dans la protection civile est d\u00e9sormais r\u00e9put\u00e9 accompli une fois que la personne astreinte a effectu\u00e9 245 jours de service au total dans le temps pr\u00e9vu (12 ou 14 ans). D\u00e8s lors qu'un membre de la protection civile a enti\u00e8rement rempli ses obligations, il devrait pouvoir faire valoir 1,0\u00a0% des jours de service effectu\u00e9s pour le calcul de la taxe d'exemption.
