Prot\u00e9ger les agents verbalisateurs","Description":null,"InitialSituation":null,"Proceedings":null,"DraftText":null,"SubmittedText":"<p>Le Conseil f\u00e9d\u00e9ral est charg\u00e9 de proposer une modification de la loi sur les amendes d'ordre en vue de remplacer l'obligation impos\u00e9e \u00e0 l'agent verbalisateur d'indiquer son nom et son pr\u00e9nom sur le formulaire ou la quittance par celle de n'y mentionner que son num\u00e9ro de matricule.</p>","ReasonText":"<p>La loi sur les amendes d'ordre impose \u00e0 l'agent verbalisateur l'obligation de mentionner, sur le formulaire ou sur la quittance, son nom et son pr\u00e9nom plut\u00f4t que seulement son num\u00e9ro de matricule (art. 9 al. 1n let. g et al. 2 let. k LAO).</p><p>Obliger nos policiers \u00e0 d\u00e9voiler ainsi leur identit\u00e9 (et pourquoi pas leur adresse priv\u00e9e, pendant qu'on y est\u00a0?) est pourtant probl\u00e9matique, d'abord, sous l'angle de la protection des donn\u00e9es.
