Les cantons doivent avoir la possibilit\u00e9 de g\u00e9rer l'offre de prestations en mati\u00e8re de psychoth\u00e9rapie pratiqu\u00e9e par des psychologues.</p>","ReasonText":"<p>La question de l'admission, qui permettrait de facturer directement les prestations de psychoth\u00e9rapie \u00e0 la charge de l'assurance-maladie, a une grande port\u00e9e politique et, par cons\u00e9quent, doit \u00eatre examin\u00e9e dans le cadre d'une modification l\u00e9gislative, au moyen d'un traitement parlementaire ordinaire.</p><p>La situation actuelle s'agissant de la fourniture de prestations psychoth\u00e9rapeutiques n'est pas optimale. Le passage \u00e0 un mod\u00e8le de prescription pourrait contribuer \u00e0 l'am\u00e9liorer. Toutefois, ce changement ne doit pas entra\u00eener de hausse massive du volume des prestations et, partant, d'augmentation sensible des primes. Il s'agit de d\u00e9finir des lignes claires.</p><p>L'adoption du projet 18.047 \" LAMal. Admission des fournisseurs de prestations \" a dot\u00e9 les cantons d'un instrument permettant de contr\u00f4ler l'offre des fournisseurs de prestations au sens de l'art. 35, al. 2, LAMal. Cette possibilit\u00e9 doit \u00eatre explicitement \u00e9tendue aux psychologues pratiquant la psychoth\u00e9rapie. Lors de la session d'\u00e9t\u00e9 2020, la modification de la loi f\u00e9d\u00e9rale sur l'assurance-maladie concernant l'admission des fournisseurs de prestations a \u00e9t\u00e9 adopt\u00e9e. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la r\u00e9vision de l'art. 55a LAMal, les cantons disposent d'un outil durable pour g\u00e9rer les m\u00e9decins qui fournissent des prestations ambulatoires, en fixant des plafonds et/ou, en cas d'\u00e9volution des co\u00fbts sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 la moyenne, en gelant les nouvelles admissions.
