Elle varie en fonction des organismes aquatiques test\u00e9s. Les familles de substances pr\u00e9sentent des effets diff\u00e9renci\u00e9s sur les divers organismes aquatiques. Pour cette raison, les risques sont \u00e9valu\u00e9s de mani\u00e8re ind\u00e9pendante pour chaque substance dans le cadre de l'homologation. Par contre, l'EAWAG calcule la dur\u00e9e totale pendant laquelle les substances mesur\u00e9es pr\u00e9sentent un risque pour les diff\u00e9rents organismes aquatiques.
