La Conf\u00e9d\u00e9ration mise sur une planification durable et globale en ce qui concerne la protection contre les dangers naturels. En leur qualit\u00e9 de parties au projet, les propri\u00e9taires d'infrastructures de transport et l'autorit\u00e9 comp\u00e9tente en mati\u00e8re de subventions sont impliqu\u00e9s dans cette planification. Les besoins des diff\u00e9rentes parties doivent \u00eatre coordonn\u00e9s minutieusement afin que la planification puisse aboutir \u00e0 un r\u00e9sultat appropri\u00e9 et la r\u00e9partition des co\u00fbts, se faire de mani\u00e8re ad\u00e9quate. La part des co\u00fbts revenant aux organes f\u00e9d\u00e9raux concern\u00e9s est fonction de la r\u00e9duction des risques et des obligations incombant aux propri\u00e9taires de l'ouvrage. La cl\u00e9 de r\u00e9partition des co\u00fbts de la Conf\u00e9d\u00e9ration, appliqu\u00e9e depuis 2014, tient compte des lois f\u00e9d\u00e9rales pertinentes et b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie d'une large acceptation.
