Dans un premier temps, il s'agit de proc\u00e9der au transfert du service d'homologation des produits I phytosanitaires \u00e0 l'Office f\u00e9d\u00e9ral de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 alimentaire et des affaires v\u00e9t\u00e9rinaires. Les comp\u00e9tences de l'Office f\u00e9d\u00e9ral de l'environnement seront renforc\u00e9es, tout comme la gestion strat\u00e9gique du Comit\u00e9 de pilotage Produits chimiques et produits phytosanitaires. Dans un deuxi\u00e8me temps, d'autres mesures d'optimisation propos\u00e9es dans le rapport d'\u00e9valuation seront appliqu\u00e9es, comme par exemple accro\u00eetre encore la transparence. La communication des risques est un \u00e9l\u00e9ment essentiel de la transparence. La mise en oeuvre et l'int\u00e9gration de la communication active des risques dans le processus d'autorisation doivent encore \u00eatre d\u00e9finies. Cela comprend la mise en place d'un concept de communication active, pr\u00e9voyant notamment l'\u00e9laboration et la publication d'un rapport relatant les modalit\u00e9s d'autorisation du produit phytosanitaire. Il faudra, \u00e0 cette fin, proc\u00e9der \u00e0 des modifications suppl\u00e9mentaires de l'ordonnance sur les produits phytosanitaires, modifications qui seront soumises au Conseil f\u00e9d\u00e9ral d'ici au deuxi\u00e8me semestre 2023.
