En cas d'assurance pluriannuelle, le contrat ne peut \u00eatre unilat\u00e9ralement modifi\u00e9 ou r\u00e9sili\u00e9, sauf juste motif au sens de l'art. 35b LCA.</p>","ReasonText":"<p>Une grande majorit\u00e9 des citoyens a choisi un mod\u00e8le d'assurance alternative, sous la forme d'une participation individuelle sup\u00e9rieure, d'une limitation du libre choix des fournisseurs de prestation ou l'introduction d'un m\u00e9canisme de \" gate-keeping \". </p><p>Certains mod\u00e8les alternatifs int\u00e9ressants, fond\u00e9s notamment sur une plus forte pr\u00e9vention individualis\u00e9e ou de r\u00e9seaux de soins, sont difficiles \u00e0 mettre en oeuvre dans la mesure o\u00f9 toute police d'assurance LAMal peut \u00eatre r\u00e9sili\u00e9e \u00e0 la fin de chaque ann\u00e9e. La rentabilit\u00e9 de tels mod\u00e8les est discutable dans les conditions actuelles alors que de nombreux observateurs appellent de leur voeux l'adoption de ces offres. </p><p>La pr\u00e9sente initiative parlementaire a pour objectif de donner la possibilit\u00e9 aux compagnies d'assurance d'offre des mod\u00e8les d'assurance pluriannuels, adopt\u00e9s exclusivement sur une base volontaire.
