De plus, les produits en fourrure synth\u00e9tique \u2013 dont on vante les m\u00e9rites \u2013 sont en r\u00e9alit\u00e9 souvent fabriqu\u00e9s \u00e0 base de vraie fourrure pour des raisons de co\u00fbts.</p><p>L\u2019ordonnance sur la d\u00e9claration des fourrures, entr\u00e9e en vigueur en 2013, visait \u00e0 cr\u00e9er de la transparence sur la provenance de l\u2019animal \u00e9lev\u00e9 ou captur\u00e9 et sur l\u2019origine de la peau. Or, des contr\u00f4les effectu\u00e9s en 2020 par l\u2019Office f\u00e9d\u00e9ral de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 alimentaire et des affaires v\u00e9t\u00e9rinaires ont r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 que pr\u00e8s de 80&nbsp;% des d\u00e9clarations \u00e9taient lacunaires. Ainsi, la pratique en vigueur en mati\u00e8re de d\u00e9clarations ne r\u00e9pond pas suffisamment aux besoins d\u2019information des consommatrices et des consommateurs souhaitant faire leurs achats sur la base de crit\u00e8res \u00e9thiques.
