Les personnes auxquelles cette mesure porterait pr\u00e9judice sont les ressortissants tunisiens et suisses, qui n\u2019ont aucune influence sur le contexte migratoire. Leur acc\u00e8s aux assurances sociales des \u00c9tats contractants serait consid\u00e9rablement restreint. </span></p><p style=\"margin-top:0pt; margin-bottom:0pt; line-height:150%; widows:0; orphans:0; font-size:11pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial; -aw-import:ignore\">&#xa0;</span></p><p style=\"margin-top:0pt; margin-bottom:0pt; line-height:150%; widows:0; orphans:0; font-size:11pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial\">La suppression de l\u2019exportation des rentes pr\u00e9vue par la convention rendrait \u00e9galement plus difficile le retour dans leur pays d\u2019origine des ressortissants tunisiens assur\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019AVS/AI.
