ZGB identisch, aber nicht immer. Der Wohnort ist der Ort, wo eine Person st\u00e4ndig wohnt, ohne dort notwendigerweise ihren Wohnsitz zu haben. In der Praxis ist dies der Fall, wenn eine Person in einem Heim, in betreutem Wohnen, im Strafvollzug, im Frauenhaus etc. wohnt. Die Person wohnt zwar dort, ihr Wohnsitz bleibt aber bei der Gemeinde bestehen, wo sie vor Eintritt gelebt hat. Dies ist sinnvoll, da diese Personen in solchen Situationen oftmals Sozialhilfe, Erg\u00e4nzungsleistungen, Pr\u00e4mienverbilligungen oder andere Hilfeleistungen ben\u00f6tigen. Standortkantone respektive Gemeinden mit den oben erw\u00e4hnten Institutionen w\u00e4ren ansonsten finanziell belastet und es w\u00fcrde immer schwieriger, Standorte zu finden. Um Zust\u00e4ndigkeitsstreitigkeiten zu vermeiden, muss im Gesetz klar geregelt sein, ob nun der Wohnort oder der Wohnsitz gemeint ist. Von der Terminologie her w\u00e4re es wohl sinnvoller, von Wohnsitz als von Wohnort zu sprechen.
