Hors, la r\u00e9vision de l'Ordonnance avait \u00e9t\u00e9 interrompue \u00e0 l'\u00e9poque dans l'attente de la future loi sur la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de l'information (LSI) qui offre un nouveau cadre l\u00e9gal pour les contr\u00f4les de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 relatifs aux personnes. La LSI entrera en vigueur le 1er janvier 2024. La nouvelle ordonnance concernant les contr\u00f4les de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 relatifs aux personnes, qui entrera en vigueur \u00e0 la m\u00eame date, soumet au contr\u00f4le le conseil d'administration et la direction de la Finma. Dans l'intervalle, l'ensemble du Conseil d'administration, le Directeur et sa suppl\u00e9ante ont \u00e9t\u00e9 contr\u00f4l\u00e9s.
