Selon les CFF, cette restructuration est n\u00e9cessaire pour garantir une exploitation ferroviaire fiable et ponctuelle malgr\u00e9 les nombreux investissements dans l'infrastructure qui entra\u00eenent des chantiers. Le Conseil f\u00e9d\u00e9ral est conscient des cons\u00e9quences que l'horaire 2025 aura pour les r\u00e9gions et les villes concern\u00e9es. L'adaptation de l'horaire du transport grandes lignes n\u00e9cessitera \u00e9galement des adaptations des horaires des lignes ferroviaires et de bus r\u00e9gionales et aura des r\u00e9percussions sur les lignes de transport locales.
