Conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 cette loi, toute personne qui fait, \u00e0 partir du territoire suisse, le commerce de mat\u00e9riel de guerre \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tranger, a besoin d\u2019une autorisation initiale et, pour chaque cas particulier, d\u2019une autorisation sp\u00e9cifique. Toutefois, l\u2019annexe 2 de l\u2019ordonnance sur le mat\u00e9riel de guerre liste des pays connaissant des r\u00e9gimes de contr\u00f4le des exportations comparables \u00e0 celui de la Suisse. Le commerce de mat\u00e9riel de guerre \u00e0 destination de ces pays ne requiert aucune autorisation sp\u00e9cifique. </span></p><p style=\"margin-top:0pt; margin-bottom:0pt; line-height:18pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial; font-size:12pt\">Cette question int\u00e9resse \u00e9galement les diff\u00e9rentes enqu\u00eates annonc\u00e9es en rapport avec les chars de combat Leopard 1.
