Elle peut ainsi, \u00e0 certaines conditions, obtenir une indemnit\u00e9 et une r\u00e9paration morale (art. 19- 23 LAVI). Toutefois, les besoins des victimes d\u2019infractions ne portent pas seulement sur l\u2019indemnisation du dommage subi mais aussi sur la reconnaissance, la protection, le soutien et l\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 la justice. Les r\u00e9v\u00e9lations r\u00e9centes sur les abus sexuels et leur ampleur pr\u00e9occupent le Conseil f\u00e9d\u00e9ral qui attend une analyse exhaustive des faits et une lutte et une pr\u00e9vention efficace contre les abus.
