Avec la loi sur le travail, la Conf\u00e9d\u00e9ration fixe uniquement des r\u00e8gles pour l'occupation du personnel. En ce qui concerne l\u2019interdiction du travail dominical, il existe des diff\u00e9rences entre les branches. Celles-ci sont toutefois justifi\u00e9es par un int\u00e9r\u00eat public et touchent \u00e9galement les boulangeries, p\u00e2tisseries et confiseries. Des dispositions sp\u00e9ciales s'appliquent par exemple \u00e0 ces commerces ainsi qu'aux kiosques. En outre, les entreprises familiales, accoutum\u00e9es \u00e0 tenir ce genre de commerces de petite taille et dont l'assortiment est celui d'une \u00e9picerie, peuvent occuper leurs travailleurs le dimanche, pour autant qu'ils soient des membres de la famille de l'employeur. Les shops et stations d\u2019essence et autres entreprises dites \u00ab</span><span style=\"font-family:Arial; font-size:12pt\">&#xa0;</span><span style=\"font-family:Arial; font-size:12pt\">de service aux voyageurs</span><span style=\"font-family:Arial; font-size:12pt\">&#xa0;</span><span style=\"font-family:Arial; font-size:12pt\">\u00bb b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient \u00e9galement d'exceptions.
