Pourtant, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent, aucune r\u00e9forme n\u2019est parvenue \u00e0 prendre de tels crit\u00e8res en compte. Plut\u00f4t que de tout chambouler, une solution \u00e0 \u00e9tudier est celle de l\u2019utilisation d\u2019une notion d\u2019ann\u00e9es de cotisations en lieu et place de la notion d\u2019\u00e2ge de la retraite.</p><p>Un mod\u00e8le propos\u00e9 r\u00e9cemment par le centre patronal pr\u00e9voit de fixer l\u2019obligation g\u00e9n\u00e9rale de cotiser au 1<sup>er</sup> janvier suivant les 17 ans r\u00e9volus, tout en pr\u00e9cisant que les ann\u00e9es pendant lesquelles, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019\u00e2ge de 21 ans, le salaire n\u2019atteint pas au moins 120% de la rente simple maximale AVS, ne sont pas prises en comptes pour fixer le moment du d\u00e9part \u00e0 la retraite. Cette proposition a l\u2019avantage de permettre \u00e0 des travailleurs ayant d\u00e9but\u00e9 leur activit\u00e9 plus t\u00f4t, ce qui est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement associ\u00e9 \u00e0 des t\u00e2ches plus difficiles, de percevoir plus vite une rente AVS pleine (g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement d\u00e8s 62 ans). L\u2019\u00e2ge ordinaire pour les personnes ayant touch\u00e9 un salaire plus tard, pour leur part, serait de 65 ans.
