Mais l\u2019alin\u00e9a 3 de ce m\u00eame article pr\u00e9voit une exception qui s\u00e8me la confusion parce que les crit\u00e8res d\u2019applications sont flous. &nbsp;Cet alin\u00e9a stipule que si l\u2019analyse d\u00e9montre que l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 salariale est respect\u00e9e, il n\u2019est pas n\u00e9cessaire de la refaire. Le probl\u00e8me est que les crit\u00e8res pour juger si l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 salariale est r\u00e9put\u00e9e \u00eatre respect\u00e9e sont inexistants. Travail.Suisse a effectu\u00e9 une \u00e9valuation de la mise en \u0153uvre de la loi r\u00e9vis\u00e9e dans le cadre du projet RESPECT8-3.CH aupr\u00e8s de 187 entreprises comptant au total 500&nbsp;000 employ\u00e9.e.s. Cette \u00e9valuation montre qu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019heure actuelle, ni les entreprises ni les employ\u00e9\u2219e\u2219s ne savent pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment quand il faut r\u00e9p\u00e9ter l\u2019analyse de l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 des salaires.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>De plus, en Suisse, environ 15% des travailleurs et des travailleuses changent d'emploi chaque ann\u00e9e. La fluctuation du personnel dans les entreprises est importante.
