Pour des raisons de protection des animaux, il est judicieux d'utiliser des sources lumineuses artificielles ou des dispositifs de vis\u00e9e nocturne pour garantir un tir s\u00fbr lors de la chasse de nuit aux sangliers et aux pr\u00e9dateurs. Ces engins doivent donc \u00eatre autoris\u00e9s \u00e0 l'avenir, et ce exclusivement pour la chasse de ces animaux. Les cantons auraient ainsi une r\u00e9glementation uniforme. La solution actuelle est en effet insatisfaisante. Depuis plusieurs ann\u00e9es, des aides \u00e0 la vis\u00e9e nocturne sont utilis\u00e9es pour la chasse dans diff\u00e9rents cantons, moyennant une autorisation exceptionnelle. Nous estimons qu'il est imp\u00e9ratif de modifier le droit en cons\u00e9quence afin d'assurer la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 juridique. Les interdictions cantonales de chasser la nuit ne seraient pas pour autant lev\u00e9es. Le Conseil f\u00e9d\u00e9ral a ouvert une proc\u00e9dure de consultation sur la modification de la LChP le 27</span><span style=\"font-family:Arial\">&#xa0;</span><span style=\"font-family:Arial\">mars</span><span style=\"font-family:Arial\">&#xa0;</span><span style=\"font-family:Arial\">2024, qui court jusqu\u2019au 5</span><span style=\"font-family:Arial\">&#xa0;</span><span style=\"font-family:Arial\">juillet</span><span style=\"font-family:Arial\">&#xa0;</span><span style=\"font-family:Arial\">2024.
