Une exon\u00e9ration des personnes sourdes ou aveugles remettrait en cause la volont\u00e9 du l\u00e9gislateur, \u00e0 savoir que le syst\u00e8me de perception de la redevance soit le plus simple possible. En effet, elle s\u2019av\u00e9rerait complexe en raison de la mise en place d\u2019un nouveau syst\u00e8me de demande d\u2019exon\u00e9ration, de l\u2019obtention, de l\u2019examen et du traitement des donn\u00e9es.</span></p><p style=\"margin-top:0pt; margin-bottom:0pt; line-height:150%; widows:0; orphans:0; font-size:11pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial; -aw-import:ignore\">&#xa0;</span></p><p style=\"margin-top:0pt; margin-bottom:0pt; line-height:150%; widows:0; orphans:0; font-size:11pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial\">De plus, une part croissante du produit de cette redevance est utilis\u00e9e pour rendre les programmes accessibles aux personnes malentendantes ou malvoyantes, et ce sous forme de sous-titrage, langue des signes, description audio. Ainsi, les personnes sourdes ou aveugles profitent aussi des programmes de radio ou de t\u00e9l\u00e9vision.
