Malgr\u00e9 tout, la Suisse est elle aussi expos\u00e9e \u00e0 une pression migratoire croissante et doit trouver des solutions pour agir de mani\u00e8re plus efficace face aux probl\u00e8mes et aux dysfonctionnements. En raison des arriv\u00e9es massives de requ\u00e9rants, le syst\u00e8me touche \u00e0 ses limites. Le comportement des requ\u00e9rants qui perturbent la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 ou l\u2019ordre public, l\u2019apparition de soci\u00e9t\u00e9s parall\u00e8les d\u00e9fendant des id\u00e9es contraires aux principes de l\u2019\u00c9tat de droit, les actes toujours plus agressifs de groupes fondamentalistes, radicaux et hostiles \u00e0 nos valeurs et l\u2019explosion de la criminalit\u00e9 li\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019asile font que la population d\u00e9sapprouve toujours plus notre syst\u00e8me d\u2019asile et qu\u2019elle se montre moins tol\u00e9rante envers les personnes en qu\u00eate de protection, alors qu\u2019il s\u2019agit d\u2019une valeur fondamentale de notre soci\u00e9t\u00e9.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Il est n\u00e9cessaire que les autorit\u00e9s nationales, cantonales et r\u00e9gionales collaborent mieux entre elles si l\u2019on veut pouvoir agir rapidement et concr\u00e8tement et ainsi g\u00e9rer de mani\u00e8re plus efficace la situation des requ\u00e9rants qui perturbent la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 ou l\u2019ordre public. Sur certains points, il sera n\u00e9cessaire de modifier la loi.
