Cette consigne peut cependant d\u00e9courager le d\u00e9veloppement d\u2019entreprises qui souhaiteraient mettre en place un syst\u00e8me de r\u00e9utilisation des bouteilles en verre, par exemple en les remettant en circulation apr\u00e8s collecte et lavage. En effet, le consommateur doit n\u00e9cessairement ramener la bouteille r\u00e9utilisable au point de vente o\u00f9 il l\u2019a achet\u00e9e (pour r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer sa consigne) et non pas au centre de collecte.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Ainsi, on pourrait par exemple exempter de la consigne aujourd\u2019hui obligatoire les entreprises qui s\u2019engagent \u00e0 remettre en circulation les bouteilles en verre, plut\u00f4t que de les recycler \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tranger.
