L'analyse des flux commerciaux ne suffit toutefois pas \u00e0 elle seule \u00e0 d\u00e9montrer les violations des sanctions. Pour cela, un examen minutieux au cas par cas est n\u00e9cessaire. Le SECO examine syst\u00e9matiquement les indices de violation des sanctions et m\u00e8ne, en collaboration avec les autorit\u00e9s suisses et \u00e9trang\u00e8res, des enqu\u00eates d\u00e9taill\u00e9es qui vont au-del\u00e0 de l'analyse de chiffres commerciaux agr\u00e9g\u00e9s.</p><p>Dans le but d'am\u00e9liorer la transparence et la tra\u00e7abilit\u00e9 des importations d'or, la Suisse a en outre introduit, \u00e0 partir du 1<sup>er</sup> janvier 2021, l'obligation pour les importateurs de fournir dans la d\u00e9claration d'importation des informations suppl\u00e9mentaires sur le type d'or.
