Ainsi, dans sa lettre du 19 juin 2024 adress\u00e9e aux partenaires tarifaires, il a indiqu\u00e9 que, dans le cadre de la neutralit\u00e9 des co\u00fbts, les partenaires doivent veiller \u00e0 effectuer des corrections, notamment en ce qui concerne les soins de base. Le Conseil f\u00e9d\u00e9ral examinera le respect de cette exigence lors de l'approbation de la convention.</span></p><p style=\"margin-top:0pt; margin-bottom:0pt; font-size:12pt\"><span style=\"font-family:Arial\">Si la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration des soins de base ne s'av\u00e8re pas appropri\u00e9e, les partenaires tarifaires et en particulier l\u2019organisation tarifaire nationale ambulatoire (OTMA SA) seront charg\u00e9s d\u2019adapter les nouvelles structures tarifaires.
