Le rapport mettra aussi en \u00e9vidence les adaptations juridiques qui seraient n\u00e9cessaires, la mani\u00e8re de garantir la mise en \u0153uvre d\u2019un point de vue technique et la date \u00e0 laquelle une telle solution visant \u00e0 prot\u00e9ger les mineurs pourra \u00eatre r\u00e9alistement introduite.</p>","ReasonText":"<p>Le code p\u00e9nal (art.&nbsp;197, al.&nbsp;1) interdit aux mineurs l\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 la pornographie.&nbsp;<br>La motion 20.3374 (#banporn4kids#), qui demandait de rendre l\u2019acc\u00e8s plus difficile, voire impossible, aux moins de 16&nbsp;ans, a \u00e9t\u00e9 accept\u00e9e par les deux chambres. Les mineurs arrivent malgr\u00e9 tout \u00e0 acc\u00e9der \u00e0 des contenus pornographiques par des moyens de contournement simples.&nbsp;<br>Les proc\u00e9dures actuellement utilis\u00e9es, telles que les informations fournies par les utilisateurs eux-m\u00eames concernant leur \u00e2ge, sont manifestement insuffisantes.</p><p>D\u2019autres pays europ\u00e9ens, dont l\u2019Espagne, la France, l\u2019Allemagne et le Royaume-Uni, ont mis en place des syst\u00e8mes nettement plus efficaces ou sont en train de le faire. Ils exigent des fournisseurs qu\u2019ils utilisent des syst\u00e8mes de v\u00e9rification de l\u2019\u00e2ge reconnus, comparables aux solutions d\u2019identification l\u00e9gitim\u00e9es par l\u2019\u00c9tat.</p><p>Avec l\u2019introduction de l\u2019e-ID, la Suisse disposera d\u2019un instrument permettant une v\u00e9rification de l\u2019\u00e2ge techniquement fiable, anonyme et conforme \u00e0 la protection des donn\u00e9es.&nbsp;<br>Elle pourra ainsi mettre en place une protection efficace des mineurs contre les contenus choquants, sans bloquer l\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 Internet ni porter atteinte \u00e0 la libert\u00e9 d\u2019information.
