Il a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 inform\u00e9 que cette vente ne n\u00e9cessitait pas d\u2019autorisation au titre de la l\u00e9gislation sur le mat\u00e9riel de guerre et que les parties contractantes \u00e9taient dispos\u00e9es \u00e0 respecter les dispositions de l\u2019ordonnance instituant des mesures en lien avec la situation en Ukraine. Ladite ordonnance interdit de fait la livraison de biens d\u2019\u00e9quipement militaires de toute sorte \u00e0 destination de la F\u00e9d\u00e9ration de Russie ou de l\u2019Ukraine ou destin\u00e9s \u00e0 un usage dans ces pays.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Selon les informations fournies par les parties contractantes, l\u2019achat des chars et des pi\u00e8ces de rechange vise \u00e0 combler des lacunes en mati\u00e8re d\u2019approvisionnement \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tranger \u2013 \u00e0 l\u2019exception de l\u2019Ukraine et d\u2019autres pays sous embargo \u2013 non seulement pour les chars Leopard&nbsp;1, mais encore pour d\u2019autres v\u00e9hicules blind\u00e9s qui utilisent \u00e9galement des composants de chars Leopard&nbsp;1.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>En plus, les parties contractantes garantissent par \u00e9crit respecter l\u2019embargo concernant la livraison des biens d\u2019\u00e9quipement militaires.
