Or, une r\u00e9partition \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e des t\u00e2ches fait partie des \u00e9l\u00e9ments primordiaux favorisant la conciliation entre vie professionnelle et vie familiale. Ainsi, le Conseil f\u00e9d\u00e9ral a d\u00e9fini avec le champ d\u2019action \u00ab</span><span>&nbsp;</span><span>Conciliation et famille</span><span>&nbsp;</span><span>\u00bb de la Strat\u00e9gie Egalit\u00e9 2030, l\u2019objectif que les femmes et les hommes b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient de conditions cadres favorisant la conciliation entre vies priv\u00e9e, familiale et professionnelle.
