En termes de co\u00fbts initiaux des autorit\u00e9s, il est effectivement plus \u00e9conomique de placer un panneau de signalisation que de remplacer le rev\u00eatement routier. Toutefois, cette op\u00e9ration s\u2019accompagne g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement de mesures d\u2019am\u00e9nagement dont les co\u00fbts varient au cas par cas. </span></p><p><span>En raison de la dur\u00e9e de vie limit\u00e9e d\u2019un rev\u00eatement acoustique tr\u00e8s efficace, les co\u00fbts de construction pour le syst\u00e8me global d\u2019une route augmentent en moyenne d\u2019environ 2 %, mais l\u2019ensemble des co\u00fbts \u00e9conomiques baissent d\u2019environ 6 % nets, selon l\u2019analyse actuelle. </span></p><p><span>Dans le syst\u00e8me global d\u2019une route, les co\u00fbts de construction suppl\u00e9mentaires restent raisonnables et doivent en principe \u00eatre pris en charge par le propri\u00e9taire de la route.
