Pour ce qui est des emballages alimentaires et des mat\u00e9riaux destin\u00e9s \u00e0 entrer en contact avec des denr\u00e9es alimentaires, l\u2019UE s\u2019est d\u00e9j\u00e0 dot\u00e9e d\u2019une r\u00e9glementation concernant l\u2019ensemble des substances per- et polyfluoroalkyl\u00e9es (PFAS). Cette r\u00e9glementation est en cours d\u2019examen. En outre, le Conseil f\u00e9d\u00e9ral suit les discussions portant sur une restriction s\u00e9v\u00e8re des PFAS, qui pourrait \u00eatre mise en \u0153uvre dans l\u2019UE d\u00e8s mi-2027. Cette restriction s\u2019appliquerait \u00e9galement \u00e0 l\u2019utilisation de farts et de cosm\u00e9tiques. S\u2019agissant des textiles destin\u00e9s au grand public, des farts, des emballages alimentaires et des cosm\u00e9tiques, l\u2019industrie a amorc\u00e9 la transition.
