Il est pr\u00e9vu pour&nbsp;2045 seulement. Selon la fiche d\u2019information de l\u2019OFROU sur la suppression du goulet d\u2019\u00e9tranglement \u00e0 Saint-Gall, les deux tubes du tunnel du Rosenberg, mis en service en&nbsp;1987, devront imp\u00e9rativement faire l\u2019objet d\u2019une r\u00e9novation compl\u00e8te \u00e0 partir de&nbsp;2037 environ en raison de leur \u00e9tat et de leur \u00e2ge. Je prie d\u00e8s lors le Conseil f\u00e9d\u00e9ral de r\u00e9pondre aux questions suivantes&nbsp;:</p><ul><li>Quelles seront les cons\u00e9quences pour la r\u00e9gion saint-galloise si la r\u00e9alisation du troisi\u00e8me tube n\u2019intervient qu\u2019en 2045, alors que les deux tubes existants, \u00e2g\u00e9s de pr\u00e8s de 60 ans, doivent \u00eatre r\u00e9nov\u00e9s de toute urgence avant cette date&nbsp;?</li><li>Serait-il envisageable de retarder davantage la r\u00e9novation des tubes existants gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des mesures appropri\u00e9es, afin de disposer du troisi\u00e8me tube pr\u00e9vu pour&nbsp;2045&nbsp;?</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p>","ReasonText":null,"DocumentationText":null,"MotionText":null,"FederalCouncilResponseText":"<span><p>Le Conseil f\u00e9d\u00e9ral estime que du point de vue de la circulation routi\u00e8re, la construction du troisi\u00e8me tube du tunnel de Rosenberg \u00e0 St-Gall est n\u00e9cessaire et prioritaire dans le temps, comme le confirme l\u2019expertise r\u00e9alis\u00e9e par l\u2019EPFZ. C\u2019est pourquoi il entend affecter le projet en question \u00e0 l\u2019horizon de r\u00e9alisation prioritaire de 2045. </p><p>&nbsp;</p><ol><li>De premi\u00e8res analyses indiquent qu\u2019une r\u00e9fection sans troisi\u00e8me tube pourrait impliquer un surco\u00fbt consid\u00e9rable et avoir des cons\u00e9quences n\u00e9fastes sur le trafic dans la r\u00e9gion de St-Gall. L\u2019Office f\u00e9d\u00e9ral des routes (OFROU) proc\u00e8de actuellement \u00e0 des \u00e9tudes qui permettront de fournir des informations plus pr\u00e9cises et plus compl\u00e8tes sur la r\u00e9fection sans troisi\u00e8me tube. </li></ol><p>&nbsp;</p><ol start=\"2\"><li>La r\u00e9novation de l\u2019infrastructure des routes nationales d\u00e9pend de l\u2019\u00e9volution de son \u00e9tat effectif. D\u2019apr\u00e8s les pr\u00e9visions actuelles, fond\u00e9es sur les valeurs indicatives d\u00e9finies pour la dur\u00e9e de vie en cas de sollicitation normale des deux tubes, la remise en \u00e9tat devra \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9e \u00e0 partir de 2037. L\u2019\u00e9volution r\u00e9elle de l\u2019\u00e9tat de cette infrastructure fait actuellement l\u2019objet d\u2019une \u00e9tude approfondie.
